Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your AEIRO grip socks, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind, you can return your item for store credit within 14 days from the date the order was received.

To be eligible, your socks must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original packaging
  • In saleable condition

Store credit will be issued once your return is received and inspected.

REFUNDS

We offer full refunds on faulty or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong pair, please contact us at support@aeiro.com.au within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number, and we’ll sort it out ASAP.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return is received or approved.

Please Note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items.
